We are looking for a reliable, hardworking person to join Assynt Cleaning Services Ltd

We are looking for a full time or Part time employee

What This Job Actually Looks Like

  • Monday to Friday only

  • 8 hour working days

  • Full time or part time

  • You are paid a salary based on these guaranteed hours.

  • As we grow, there will be opportunities to work additional days and increase your income.

The Work

  • You will be out on the road delivering a range of cleaning services:

    • Window cleaning using pure water systems

    • Traditional window cleaning where required

    • Gutter clearing using a vacuum system

    • Interior and specialist cleaning

    • Builders cleans

    • Leaflet distribution

    • Maintaining vehicles and equipment

    You will also be using apps on a company phone and speaking directly with customers

The Reality Of The Job

  • This is not easy work.

    • You will be working outdoors in all weather

    • The job is physical

    • Most days you will be working alone

    • You will be driving and reversing a van regularly

    If you want an office job, this is not for you.

    If you like being active, outdoors, and getting a solid day done, this suits you well.

Pay And Progression

  • 3 month probation paid at the Scottish Real Living Wage Living Wage (£13.45)

  • After probation: equivalent of £15 per hour (salaried)

  • Salary paid consistently across the year

What We Are Looking For

  • Full UK driving licence with no more than 3 points
